| [Program Overview] The Theory Management Program is a dedicated talent-development initiative designed for recent graduates who are passionate about fashion and the retail industry. Through structured and comprehensive training, you will rapidly strengthen your leadership capabilities, business mindset, and fashion acumen, ultimately becoming a future leader in the global retail field. As a Theory Management Candidate (TMC), you will receive one-on-one guidance from Store Managers to help you seamlessly transition into the workplace. Our Retail Training Team will provide blended online and offline training to help you build solid commercial awareness and understand the core logic of retail operations. In addition, business leaders will share their experiences and career insights to support your growth. By joining Theory, you will develop the essential competencies required of future business leaders.
[Career Development Journey] Within 18 months, you will transform from a student into a capable operator in the international fashion retail industry. Months 1–4: From student to professional Store-based rotational learning and practice Gain hands-on exposure to day-to-day retail operations Months 5–10: From newcomer to emerging business leader Build business acumen Learn retail management essentials and understand key business drivers Months 11–18: Full transformation Become a confident, high-potential store operator ready for leadership opportunities Upon program completion, you will have the opportunity to take on roles in different cities across China and overseas. Potential future career paths include roles such as Area Manager / Block Leader managing multiple stores, or positions across Functional Departments, or even opportunities within other brands across the group.
