Job     Description

工作描述

职责：
    - 电气 - 高压电、 低压电 配电网络系统、不间断供电系统，发电机组系统操作，保养和维修服务；
    - 机械 - 空调、 通风、 制冷、 供冷和供暖系统、冷水机组或锅炉系统操作，保养和维修服务；
    - 团队协调和规划。

Responsibilities:
      - Electrical   – Operation, maintenance & repair   service for high and low voltage   distribution network system, UPS Genset   system;
      - Mechanical   – Operation, maintenance & repair service for air   conditioning,   ventilation, refrigeration, cooling and warming system,   chillers,   Pumping or boilers system;
      - Team   coordination and planning.

Requirements

应聘要求

要求：
    - 电气 / 机械 / 建筑物服务工程学士学位或以上程度；
    - 熟悉安全规例和程序；
    - 熟悉综合管理系统优先；
    - 中文和英文良好口语和书写；
    - 能够独立工作和承受压力；
    - 工作积极主动和备有服务意识；
    - 偶尔需轮班或夜间工作及提供24小时支持服务。

Requirements:
      - Bachelor   degree or above in Electrical /   Mechanical / Building Service   Engineering;
      - Knowledge   of safety regulations and procedures;
      - Knowledge   in Integrated Management System is an advantage;
      - Good   command of both spoken & written Chinese and English;
      - Able   to work independently and under pressure;
      - Proactive   and service oriented;
      - 24-hour   on call service required.
