Job Description

工作描述

• Assist in managing Services and Maintenance jobs including but not limited to work schedule, trouble shooting, documentations as well as testing and commissioning of systems 协助维修和保养工作，包括工作安排、故障排除、文件管理以及系统测试 ;
• Provide technical supports and improvement recommendations to clients 为客户提供技术支持并提出改进建议 ;
• Work closely with external and internal parties to provide services excellence to clients 与外部及内部团队紧密合作，提供卓越的客户服务;
• Report to Services Managers on any critical changes and potential issues in a timely manner 及时向上司报告任何重要变更及潜在问题;
• Perform other duties as assigned 执行其他指派的职责;
• 5.5 days work 五天半工作。

Requirements

应聘要求

• Fresh Graduates from Diploma or above in Computer/Electronic/Building Services Engineering or 持有计算机、电子或屋宇设备工程相关的文凭、高级文凭或以上学历的应届毕业生 或
• With 1-2 years' relevant work experience具有 1-2 年相关工作经验;
• Able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and Chinese • 具备良好的中英文书面及口语沟通能力 ;
• Well-organized, attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines 良好组织力，注重细节，能有效安排优先项目并按时完成;
• Good team player, with good communication and interpersonal skills 良好合作精神，沟通及人际交往能力;
• Proactive and eager to learn 积极主动，乐于学习;
• Position title may vary depending on level of experience. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Services Engineer 职位将根据经验水平而有所不同。 具有较多经验的候选人将被考虑为服务工程师.
