Job Description

工作描述

Ensure in-scope access is granted only with proper approval and follow the necessary procedures.
Ensure vendor remote access is established in accordance with the appropriate procedures and all required information is accurately filled in.
Manage the creation and extension of vendor accounts, ensuring that proper procedures are followed.
Monitor and control access to sensitive data in Workday, ensuring data access from Digital & Technology Solutions (DTS) only with a valid reason.
Enforce proper procedures for visitors entering the server room, ensuring that required information is filled in.
Maintain the accuracy of different types of passwords for Active Directory account settings.
Monitor and restrict access to in-house developed servers by in-house development team.
Ensure timely termination of access for all staff members who have been terminated.
Perform routine compliance tasks and checks within specified timelines.
Prepare accurate documentation and provide timely status updates to the manager.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Requirements
