广东工业大学位于中国南方历史文化名城、粤港澳大湾区核心枢纽城市广州，是一所以工为主、工理经管文法艺结合、多科性协调发展的省属重点大学、广东省高水平大学重点建设高校。学校1958年开始本科教育，1995年由原广东工学院、广东机械学院和华南建设学院（东院）合并组建而成。

拥有博士后科研流动站8个、一级学科博士学位授权点12个、专业学位博士点4个、省攀峰重点学科一级学科4个、省优势重点学科一级学科6个、省特色重点学科二级学科5个，工程学、材料科学、计算机科学、化学、环境科学与生态学、农学、社会科学总论等7个学科进入ESI全球学科排名前1%行列，其中工程学已进入前0.3‰。

近几年学校发展迅速，国家自然科学基金立项数排名全国高校前60，拥有院士、国家杰青等高层次人才370余人次，建有精密电子制造技术与装备国家重点实验室等国家、省部级重大科研平台90多个，与地方政府和工业界共建产业研究院13个。国家自然科学基金连续四年获批超160项，科研规模超12亿；近年来，获得国家级科技奖、省级科技一等奖等科技奖励28项。

2024泰晤士高等教育世界大学排名位列大陆高校第35—49位，2023软科世界大学学术排名位列全球第301—400名。

(1) A+ Level of "Young Hundred Talents Program" (Distinguished Professor)

年龄原则上不超过38周岁，在相关领域获得博士学位，具有在海内外高校、科研机构学习或从事相关研究工作的经验；近五年承担过国家级科研项目；在本学科及相关专业领域取得一系列被海内外认可的标志性研究成果；具有较高的教学水平；具有成为该领域学术带头人或杰出人才的发展潜力。

The age should in principle not exceed 38 years old. Receiving a doctor’s degree in a relevant field, with experience in studying or conducting researches at domestic or overseas universities or research institutions; having undertaken national-level research projects in the past five years; having achieved a series of recognized landmark research achievements in the discipline and related professional fields at home and abroad; having high teaching level; boosting the potential to become academic leaders or outstanding talents in the field.

Receiving a doctor’s degree in a relevant field, with experience in studying or conducting researches at domestic or overseas universities or research institutions; having achieved a series of outstanding research achievements in the discipline and related professional fields in the past five years; having high teaching level and good potential.

（3）“青年百人计划”B层次（学校特聘讲师）

(3) B Level of "Young Hundred Talents Program" (Specially-Appointed Lecturer)

年龄原则上不超过35周岁，在相关领域获得博士学位，具有在海内外高校、科研机构学习或从事相关研究工作的经历；近五年在本学科及相关专业领域取得一系列优秀的研究成果；具有较好的教学水平和良好的发展潜力。

The age should in principle not exceed 35 years old. Receiving a doctor’s degree in a relevant field, with experience in studying or conducting researches at domestic or overseas universities or research institutions; having achieved a series of good research achievements in the discipline and related professional fields in the past five years; having good teaching quality and potentials.
