廣東工業大學位於中國南方歷史文化名城、粵港澳大灣區核心樞紐城市廣州，是一所以工為主、工理經管文法藝結合、多科性協調發展的省屬重點大學、廣東省高水準大學重點建設高校。學校1958年開始本科教育，1995年由原廣東工學院、廣東機械學院和華南建設學院（東院）合併組建而成。

擁有博士後科研流動站8個、一級學科博士學位授權點12個、專業學位博士點4個、省攀峰重點學科一級學科4個、省優勢重點學科一級學科6個、省特色重點學科二級學科5個，工程學、材料科學、電腦科學、化學、環境科學與生態學、農學、社會科學總論等7個學科進入ESI全球學科排名前1%行列，其中工程學已進入前0.3‰。

近幾年學校發展迅速，國家自然科學基金立項數排名全國高校前60，擁有院士、國家傑青等高層次人才370餘人次，建有精密電子製造技術與裝備國家重點實驗室等國家、省部級重大科研平臺90多個，與地方政府和工業界共建產業研究院13個。國家自然科學基金連續四年獲批超160項，科研規模超12億；近年來，獲得國家級科技獎、省級科技一等獎等科技獎勵28項。

2024泰晤士高等教育世界大學排名位列大陸高校第35—49位，2023軟科世界大學學術排名位列全球第301—400名。

(1) A+ Level of "Young Hundred Talents Program" (Distinguished Professor)

年齡原則上不超過38周歲，在相關領域獲得博士學位，具有在海內外高校、科研機構學習或從事相關研究工作的經驗；近五年承擔過國家級科研專案；在本學科及相關專業領域取得一系列被海內外認可的標誌性研究成果；具有較高的教學水準；具有成為該領域學術帶頭人或傑出人才的發展潛力。

The age should in principle not exceed 38 years old. Receiving a doctor’s degree in a relevant field, with experience in studying or conducting researches at domestic or overseas universities or research institutions; having undertaken national-level research projects in the past five years; having achieved a series of recognized landmark research achievements in the discipline and related professional fields at home and abroad; having high teaching level; boosting the potential to become academic leaders or outstanding talents in the field.

年齡原則上不超過35周歲，在相關領域獲得博士學位，具有在海內外高校、科研機構學習或從事相關研究工作的經驗；近五年在本學科及相關專業領域取得一系列突出的研究成果；具有較高的教學水準和良好的發展潛力。

The age should in principle not exceed 35 years old. Receiving a doctor’s degree in a relevant field, with experience in studying or conducting researches at domestic or overseas universities or research institutions; having achieved a series of outstanding research achievements in the discipline and related professional fields in the past five years; having high teaching level and good potential.

（3）“青年百人計畫”B層次（學校特聘講師）

(3) B Level of "Young Hundred Talents Program" (Specially-Appointed Lecturer)

年齡原則上不超過35周歲，在相關領域獲得博士學位，具有在海內外高校、科研機構學習或從事相關研究工作的經歷；近五年在本學科及相關專業領域取得一系列優秀的研究成果；具有較好的教學水準和良好的發展潛力。

The age should in principle not exceed 35 years old. Receiving a doctor’s degree in a relevant field, with experience in studying or conducting researches at domestic or overseas universities or research institutions; having achieved a series of good research achievements in the discipline and related professional fields in the past five years; having good teaching quality and potentials.
