Job Description 工作描述 | • Draft legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents
• Review and arrange execution of all legal related documents
• Conduct legal analysis, research legal matters, provide updates of Macau laws and regulations
• Handle the daily correspondences with Government department, including the draft of simple Portuguese letter and translations from English to Portuguese for the review of legal counsel and circulate the daily correspondences to the concerned internal departments
• Translation of documents from Chinese or Portuguese to English and vice versa upon the special request
• Assist in the communications between the legal counsel(s) and the other departments when the legal counsel is requested to provide legal opinion on certain matters
• Search the historical documents or files from the archive room upon request by the legal counsel(s)
• Assist the Senior Legal Counsel or Company Secretarial Manager to handle the compliance maters
• Prepare the record of job assignments of Legal Department
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
• Liaise with all departments and forward their request for contract review to the legal counsels and revert the comments to the departments in relevant |
Requirements 應聘要求 | • Bachelor degree or above, major in Law / Chinese and Portuguese translation
• 1 to 3 years working experience in Law/Legal fields
• With knowledge in integrated resort industry preferred
• Read, write, speak and understand Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), English and Portuguese |
