Job   Description

工作描述

Responsibilities:

Ø     Provide   high quality customer service to retail customers in branch network

Ø     Proactively   identify customer needs and offer appropriate banking services and solutions

Ø     Participate   in promotional campaigns to acquire new business and strengthen customer   loyalty and engagement

Ø     Ensure   the selling processes and activities are in compliance with internal   policies, procedures and all applicable regulatory guidelines

Requirements

應聘要求

Requirements:

Ø   Bachelor's degree or   above, majoring in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or related fields

Ø   Prior experience in   customer service is preferred

Ø   Sound knowledge of   retail financial products and digital marketing

Ø   Strong service and   sales orientation, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

Ø   Good communication and   interpersonal skills

Ø   Good command of spoken   and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Remarks: Fresh graduates   are welcome
