Job Description 工作描述 |
· Work closely with the hiring managers and assist the Managers in daily recruitment activities and perform any other tasks not specified as required by management · Contract preparation · Interview arrangement · Perform recruitment administration tasks · Support the business in HR-related admin tasks as assigned by the Manager · Receive, sort, and distribution mail · Responsible for courier service and deliveries · Perform all duties assigned with a positive attitude, responsible initiative, and diligence · Any other ad-hoc as assigned |
